State Meet: We had a super showing Kaitlyn Sturlaugson won the javelin with a throw of 126 feet, Heathe Schulz won the shot with a throw of 38-6 edging out our very own Katie Weigel (38-2) and Carman helped out with a throw of 35-11.5 taking 8th. Heather also placed 8th in disc with a throw of 114-9. This has been the most points scored in the throws for BHS (30). The Boys did will also Eric Klein placed 8th in shot (50-7) and Alex Granfor placed 6th (50-9). Esley Thorton won jav. becoming the first Demon to win since 1971. Discus went great for the boys with Alex Granfor placing 5th with a throw of 144-6 and Eric Klien and Tyler Bradley both throwing 152-6 with Tyler winning the tie breaker. 22 points in the disc is the most scored for the Demons ever. Thank you to all Seniors (Heather Schulz, Alixis Ketterling, Angie Houser, Carman Swenson, Alan Peterson, Arton Mjikiqi, Eric Klien, Alex Granfor and Tyler Bradley) for a great year.
